Lasts Night Dinner

As a wife it is hard to think of what to cook everyday for the family as it does not need to be repeated as everybody would get tired of eating the same kind. I am grateful that internet does excess and that I could browse thousands of different recipes and I bumped unto this website and they had this easy to follow steps recipe and good for dinner. I hate to cook recipe with so many ingredients involved but this one just had a few .

Easy ramen noodle bowl:

Two teaspoons vegetable oil

One pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips

Two cups of water (I used one 1/2 cups)

One package (3 ounces) oriental flavor ramen noodle soup mix

One package (1 pound) fresh stir fry vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, celery, carrots, snow pea pods and bell peppers) (4 cups) ~ ( i used frozen stir fry vegetables)

1/4 Cup stir fry sauce

Spray 12 inch nonstick, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add beef, cook 3-5 minutes stirring occasionally, until brown. Remove beef from skillet.

In same skillet, heat water to boiling. Noodles should be break into blocks and mix into water, stir until slightly softened. Mix in vegetable and heat to boiling. Boil 5-7 minutes stirring occasionally until vegetables are crisp-tender. Stir in contents of seasoning packet from soup mix, the stir fry sauce and beef. Cook 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until hot. Serve in individual bowls.  Try this and surely you will love the taste.
